The Live Poetry Book Club 2026
Welcome to The Live Poetry Book Club, a Cornish summer book club exploring and celebrating live readings from black & mixed heritage writers.
I created these events for those who love nothing more than reading a good book and for those who adore listening to a writer bring their work into being through performance. In these morning gatherings we get to experience both these avenues in turn. Delivered in the MMI St Agnes, The Live Poetry Book Club calls in community together to celebrate stories and the voices behind them.
It’s 2026 and we are entering our third year of live sold out events. The next series is currently in design so keep your eyes peeled for launch dates and artists. I can’t wait to cosy up and get inspired with you all once more.
